Cannons UK are proud to introduce our new Flatline Pro tiles that are manufactured using a COLD process, which sets new standards for recycled rubber tiles.

This new process has been years in the making and makes fitting the tiles even easier than ever.

Unlike other recycled rubber flooring that use a Hot process, there is almost no tolerance, meaning you can be confident each tile is the same size as the next. No gaps, no forcing tiles together — simply install side by side or in a brickwork pattern, it’s your choice.

There’s no bad smell, unlike cheaper alternatives. We only use premium Binder (adhesive) imported from Germany to prevent odours. The tiles are also REACH certified for extra peace of mind.

Flatline Black gym flooring tiles measure 100cm x 100cm. At 30mm thick and weighing 28kg each, they are heavy-duty and dense enough that no adhesives are required to hold them in place. They are also easy to cut with a standard utility knife.

These tiles are ideal for free weight areas, weightlifting platforms, and CrossFit flooring.

Gym Tiles Flatline, Is it Safe?

Rubber gym tiles are an environmentally friendly floor covering, made from recycled and rebuilt materials bonded with non-toxic, low-VOC polyurethane. With our new technology, the surface is 100% flat and anti-porous. This makes cleaning easier while providing a softer feel underfoot compared to classic rubber gym tiles.
